Your accountant,
in Slack
Ask about cash, runway, P&L, vendors, invoices and tax deadlines the way you would ask a colleague. Answers come from your own books, the ones a licensed CPA reviews, at whatever hour you are asking.

@Vecty what's our cash across all accounts, and how many months does that buy us?
Cash: $1,184,300 across Mercury operating, Mercury reserve and Brex.
Trailing three-month net burn is $63,400 a month, so about 18.7 months at the current pace.
Send me the 2025 P&L as a PDF, our investor asked for it.
Revenue $1,267,767 · Expenses $379,901 · Net income $887,866
Biggest expense lines: franchise taxes, accounting fees, salaries. Want the balance sheet to go with it?
It works in channels, in DMs, and inside a thread it is already in. It remembers the thread, so "and the same for Q2" works.

Three steps, a few minutes
Click Add to Slack below. You need to be a Slack admin or owner, and a Vecty customer.
Sign in with your Vecty account and tick the companies this workspace may ask about. Single-company accounts skip this.
Mention @Vecty in a channel or send it a DM. /vecty status shows what is connected, /vecty help lists the rest.
What it will not do
It cannot change your books. Every one of its tools is a read. It does not post entries, categorize transactions, upload documents or move money. Bookkeeping stays with the software and the licensed CPA who reviews it.
Access follows the workspace. An admin signs in with Vecty once through OAuth and picks which companies it may see. No API keys pasted into Slack. Guests and Slack Connect users from other workspaces are refused.
You choose where it answers. Keep it to a finance channel, a named group, or DMs only. Every question and every tool call is logged with the person who asked.
Your own agent can read the same books
Vecty also ships an MCP server, the open standard Claude, Cursor and most agent frameworks use to call outside tools. Your agent signs in with your Vecty login and reads the statements, vendor totals and tax calendar. Six tools, all reads, no write path.
Stop managing your books. Let Vecty manage them for you.
